Field use for games, practices, and scrimmages by VYSL/VUSC or any other entity is by permission only. 
For VUSC teams, assigned practice days and times are determined by the VUSC Board and are included
in the Horse Creek Calendar. 

VUSC teams will be assessed a field useage fee based upon the following schedule:

These fees are required due to increased maintenance and watering schedule deviations that required to accomodate the increasing demands for field use.  Fees are due in advance of useage. 

2X Weekly Practice   (times coordinated by VUSC Board)	No charge
Additional 2hr practice slot (per slot)	$20.00
2hr Scrimmage Slot (per slot) {You will have a full field for 2 hours}	$25.00
Non-CYSA Sanctioned game (per game slot)	$50.00 **

       
**additional fees may be required for advance scheduling and coordination of US Club Soccer events based upon specific contract requirements.

To request a field at Horse Creek for a scrimmage or alternate practice time email vusc@vysl.org at least 7 days but no more than 30 days in advance of requested date.  Please include preferred time slot (timeslots are listed  below) and one alternate time slot per request.  Requests for field use for a jamboree type event (multi-game) must be received a minimum of 2 weeks in advance of desired day and must be approved by the VYSL President.  

Field assignment will be on a first come-first serve basis with the following exception:  To achieve a level of fairness,  teams that have reserved a field in the previous 7 days (regardless of use or not) will not be allowed to reserve another field until 5 days before desired date.  This 2 day window delay will allow those teams who did not request a field the previous week an improved opportunity in securing a field.  All field request must be made on an individual basis.  No requests for multiple days (i.e. the next three Saturdays) will be allowed.  The intent of this policy is to  ensure that all VUSC teams have equal access to Horse Creek as allowed by VYSL.


Scrimmages between VUSC and teams from outside District VI will require District VI Commissioner approval.
