Stay out of the goal area! This includes family and friends of your players.
No dogs!
Pick up your garbage and put up equipment after practice
Your team has the field for an hour and a half; please do not interfere with the other teams practice time.
No scrimmaging with teams outside your practice time or field.
Rotate your area of practice (rotate your cones) so not to tear-up one area.
